We are excited to officially announce our Rooted to Rise Baseball Camp happening April 9th from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM at JP Riddle Stadium (FTCC Trojan Field) right here in Fayetteville!
This camp is designed for ages 8–14 and will focus on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and baseball IQ from beginner to advanced levels.
🔥 Camp Highlights Include:
• Dynamic warm-up & athletic development
• Throwing mechanics
• Catching/receiving fundamentals
• Infield defense (ground balls, glove work, footwork)
• Outfield defense (reads, routes, catching on the run)
• Hitting fundamentals (stance, swing path, timing)
• Baserunning (leads, first step, turns, sliding, tagging up)
• Cutoffs, relays & team communication
• Situational awareness & baseball IQ
• Mental game & leadership development

Instruction will be led by FTCC Head Baseball Coach Nic Love and staff, with special guest speaker Sam Guy – Perfect Game Director & Terry Sanford Head Baseball Coach.
This is more than just a camp — it’s about growing the game the right way, building character, and helping young athletes rise on and off the field.
