This event is open to Crunch Jacksonville members only and limited to 35 women and 35 men - pre-register at the PT desk to reserve your spot!Competition categories include:
• Deadlift,
• Back Squats, and
• Bench Press.
1st - 3rd place in both mens and womens categories will receive prizes! One man and one woman will be crowned Ultimate Lifter!
Sign-in weigh-ins will begin at 9AM, and we will start the event as soon as all weigh-ins are complete.
