Spiritual But Not Religious Yoga & MeditationGentle Yoga, Meditation & Journaling
A grounding, floor-based practice designed to support rest, presence, and inner awareness. This class blends gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflective journaling, with the intention of connecting spiritually in a way that is open, personal, and experiential.
All backgrounds, beliefs, and spiritual paths are welcome in this inclusive space.
All levels are welcome—chairs and mats are available, or bring your own mat. Class takes place in the Yoga Room on the 2nd Floor of the main building at Sedona UMC, 110 Indian Cliffs Rd. Look for signage to enter through the back courtyard.
Sessions are led by Lauren Riffle, a certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance.
