What local responders should do until specialized help arrives and what will be expected of them during this event. The presentation will include an overview of the 2025 Potomac River mid-air collision of American Airlines Flight 5342 and a United States Army Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter resulting in an all fatal accident resulting in 67 fatalities.
