About this Event
Thiis in person event is for motivated Buyer and Investor who want to take advantage of the grant and downpayment assistance programs. Now more than ever the government is making it easier to become a first time home buyer by covering the downpayment and closing costs to those who qualify. And if you haven't purchased a property in the last three years, you'll qualify for the grants too!
You'll need at least a 620 credit score, have consistent employment for 2years ,to qualify for most grants. The Lender will be on site to approve you on the spot! A true benefit for those Buyers who are ready, willing and able to purchase property, all red tape is removed by attending this seminar.
Need to work on your credit score? There will be a credit repair specialist to assist all those who are serious about working towards fixing their credit.
