WHAT IS SPINAL FLOW TECHNIQUE?
Spinal Flow is a gentle, holistic modality that works with the spine and nervous system to support balance, relaxation and natural self-healing.
Using light, precise touch, Spinal Flow encourages the body to release stored tension and return to its innate rhythm and flow. As the nervous system settles, many people experience a sense of lightness, clarity and renewed vitality.
SHARED HEALING SPACE
Our retreats are held in a calm, shared healing environment where participants often drop into deep states of rest and relaxation. As the nervous system settles, it’s natural for bodies to fully unwind and you may notice gentle sounds such as breathing or movement in the room. This is simply part of the body releasing tension and allowing the healing process to unfold.
If you prefer a quieter experience, you’re very welcome to bring earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones for your comfort during sessions.
