The Steamed Four Bio
The Steamed Four is an Amsterdam-based group of young musicians brought together by their shared passion for Early Jazz. Their concert repertoire, spanning the 1920s and 1930s, includes the New Orleans repertoire of Jelly Roll Morton and Louis Armstrong, as well as Tin Pan Alley compositions of George Gershwin and Irving Berlin. Having played together for 6 years, their deep connection is reflected in the music they play, creating a spontaneous and energetic atmosphere that will captivate first-time listeners.
