For the past 18 years, Crofton Yoga’s teachers have offered their time to teach for a cause that is near and dear to their hearts. Last year, over $1000 was raised for the selected charities. We are proud to offer another year of Yoga for a Cause! Mid-week reset! Experience Full-Body Relaxation. Feel Peaceful and refreshed! This level 1 yoga class will focus on proper body alignment within poses and develop deep breathing techniques. Ideal for those new to yoga or continuing students.
