For the past 18 years, Crofton Yoga’s teachers have offered their time to teach for a cause that is near and dear to their hearts. Last year, over $1000 was raised for the selected charities. We are proud to offer another year of Yoga for a Cause! Restorative Yoga to benefit The Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts. Pranakriya Yoga's mission is to provide transformative yoga instruction rooted in Tantric Hatha traditions for the modern Western practitioner. The restorative session focuses on gentle warm-ups, stretches, and restorative poses while utilizing mantra, mudra, and pranayama to help quiet the mind. Ideal for individuals with range of motion or mobility limitations, or for those looking to recover from stress and renew the nervous system.
