For the past 18 years, Crofton Yoga’s teachers have offered their time to teach for a cause that is near and dear to their hearts. Last year, over $1000 was raised for the selected charities. We are proud to offer another year of Yoga for a Cause! Gentle and Restorative Yoga to benefit (FORCE)Facing Heredity Cancer Empowered. This organization helps support, among others, women with the BRCA gene that increases the risk of breast and ovarian cancers. This class will feature breathwork and practices beneficial for pelvic floor health and restorative "heart-openers."
