For the past 18 Years, Crofton Yoga’s teachers have offered their time to teach for a cause that is near and dear to their hearts. Last year, over $1000 was raised for the selected charities. We are proud to offer another year of Yoga for a Cause!This all-levels, gentle class will take you through a traditional yoga class utilizing a chair as the main prop. In keeping with yoga as a prescription for wellness, this class is perfect for anyone working with physical challenges or trouble kneeling and/or getting up and down from the floor, or looking to improve functional movement for daily living.
