Serendipity Arts Festival is back for its 10th edition from 12-21 Dec in Panjim! In October 1870, Mumbai saw the birth of the Parsi Gayan Uttejak Mandali, one of the earliest formal music clubs established in the city for the study and performance of Hindustani music.
