We are delighted to invite you to join us at the 17th Annual International Transylvania Tango Marathon® (TTM) a private tango event crafted for true close-embrace enthusiasts.
TTM® - the most long-lasting annual international tango event in Romania since 2008, powered by Tango Brașov®.
💥 VENUE - Cercul Militar Brașov (#1 Lungă Street)
For all milongas we ensure an astonishing 5* venue in the heart of the city: 536 m2 oak wooden floor / AC / dancing and chilling out zone / wonderful terrace.
💥 Please, note that at our event we assume the right of selecting the participants, so the „first come, first in” principle will not be applied.

💥 For this year's event we've created a wonderful experience for you:
• 4 Night Milongas, 3 Tango Café Afternoon Milongas, 1 Outdoor TTM Guerilla Milonga
• an ultra-central astonishing 5*** Venue for all Milongas, 536m2 oak wooden floor (250m2 dancing floor), air condition system, ventilation, terrace, lounge zone
• gender balanced event (50/50 role balance)
• an amazing international team of experienced TDJs with great energy and music
• great level of tango dancers from all over the world
• an efficient registration policy focused on validating a limited number of participants
• professional tango video/photographer keep on capturing the most beautiful moments on the ronda

• an authentic delicacies buffet: your taste buds will be pampered with sweet and sour pastries, artisanal cheese, gluten free snacks, fresh fruits, festive cake, some other delicious surprises

💥 Important Info
In order for the organizer to be able to keep the tradition of the event we will meet the following requirements:
Gender-balanced event (50/50 role balance).
✅ To ensure a good level we will always give preference to more experienced dancers.
✅ For a nice tango experience and in order to create the right blend of nationalities and dancers the number of participants, as always, will be limited.
✅ At TTM we emphasize the traditional social tango etiquette, dance by following the ronda flow, invitations by mirada and cabeceo and clear floor during cortinas.
✅ Only full pass marathon is available, there will be NO separate entrance tickets to milongas.
✅ our recommendation is to register with a partner (most likely the followers); if you register as a couple, applications of both dancers must be submitted separately.
✅ please notice that in case your partener will not meet our requirements he/she will not be accepted.
✅ registration for the marathon is mandatory and possible only through the registration form. Please note that clicking „Going” on Facebook will not be considered an official registration.
***We kindly ask you – do not book the hotel and flights before you receive the final confirmation of participation.
✅ the acceptance is based on your tango experience (at least 5 years of REGULAR social tango events such as classes, practicas, milongas on a regular basis).
***We might ask you or other dancers about previous tango events attended and your tango experience.
💥 Cancellation of a registration
✅ in case you registered as a couple and one of you cancel the participation at the event, the other one could not be part of the event;
✅ in case you registered as a couple and one of you do not show up at the registration desk, the other one could not be part of the event;
In both cases NO refund of the contribution for the marathon for neither of you.
✅ All confirmed acceptance contribution paid to the marathon are neither refundable, nor transferable to another dancer without agreement with the organizers, nor transferable to future events if participants can’t come due to personal reasons.
✅ The decision to participate in the marathon is the personal responsibility of the participant. The participant agrees that if he/she gets any disease on the dates of the marathon, the organizers do not bear any responsibility for this.
