The Eggleston OK5K & 1 Mile Run, Walk & Roll is more than a race—it’s a celebration of community, inclusion, and possibility. Join us for a memorable morning on the beautiful campus of Virginia Wesleyan University, where every step helps make a difference right here in Hampton Roads.This event is open to individuals of all mobilities and abilities. With a completely paved and accessible course, the OK5K welcomes runners, walkers, wheelchair participants, families with strollers, and anyone who wants to move at their own pace. Along the way, you might even spot some of Eggleston’s incredible employees and program participants cheering you on—or rolling right beside you.
