📚✨ Join us for *Rock & Read*, a 5-hour reading marathon across multiple locations in downtown Lewisburg during the Late Night Shoppers event! This unique fundraiser supports literacy programs at the Donald Heiter Community Center. We are happy to share that the following locations have agreed to participate in the 2024 Rock & Read event:
Barnes & Noble at Bucknell University (400 Market)
Campus Theatre (413 Market)
The Blooming Rooster Floral Events and Gifts (322 Market)
Throughout the night, participants will read their favorite holiday stories while sitting in store windows, with sound systems broadcasting the stories to shoppers on the streets! Readers of all ages and backgrounds are welcome to share stories from their cultures, and some even dress in festive costumes! 🎄🎶
Donations to support DHCC’s literacy programs are welcome during the event—either in person at the Donald Heiter Community Center (100 N. 5th St., Lewisburg) or online via PayPal ([email protected]).
