Holiday themed Pound & Pour @ Fero Winery!Rock out your work out with Mandy!
POUND is a full body cardio jam session inspired by playing the drums! This class will consist of holiday season themed tracks.
All fitness levels welcome. Beginners highly encouraged to attend! Participants must be age 21 or older.
Cost is $15 per person and includes 1 beverage of your choice.
Please bring water to stay hydrated and a yoga mat or towel for your own comfort for floor exercises.
Pre-registration is REQUIRED.
There is a minimum of 3 participants for event.
