About this Event
New venue (nearby) and fresh focus (encouraging creators!) for a long-running event!
The 16th annual Klein News Innovation Camp will be a daylong unconference for journalists, creators and other information providers held Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025.
Topics we expect: case studies in community listening; tactical and ethics of artificial intelligence; sustainability models; creators and news orgs; data journalism and editorial products; social media changes and other platforms.
Where is this being held? For the first time ever, we have a venue change! Still on Temple University's we're hosting this year in Mazur Hall, not far from our longtime location and still near transit and street parking. (Over the next two years, Temple's Klein College is getting a brand-new building, where we expect to someday return)
What's an unconference? With a couple exceptions, all the day's programming is created by YOU, our attendees, day-of.
Does everyone have to speak? No! But if you have an idea, meet new friends and create one together.
Your $20 ticket gets you entrance, continental breakfast, sandwich lunch and a post-conference happy hour.
