An annual baseball and softball classic founded by the late Keith Prater in 2012 to honor what David Iery has given to baseball. David was injured in a 1989 Lewis County High School baseball game against East Carter in Grayson, Kentucky. This injury has left him a quadriplegic and confined to a wheelchair for the rest of his life.David has since started the David Iery Foundation which funds spinal cord injury research and high school baseball and softball scholarships.
Proceeds go to the David Iery Foundation.
