Къде и кога?
Състезанието ще се проведе на 28ми март 2026 (събота) в София (басейн Спартак) по правилника на AIDA. Басейнът е 50 метров, дълбочина: 1,9-2 м. Намира се на бул. Арсеналски 4 https://goo.gl/maps/wyAQKRAb9TgFeZbZ7
Кои дисциплини?
Състезанието ще включва 2 дисциплини
1. статична апнея (STA) – задържане на дъха лежейки на повърхността в неподвижно състояние;
и по избор 1 oт дисциплините:
2.1 динамича апнея с плавници (DYN) – хоризонтално плуване под вода на един дъх с моноплавик;
2.2 динамична апнея със стерео плавници (DYN bi-fins)
2.3 динамична апнея без плавници (DNF) - хоризонтално плуване под вода на един дъх без плавници (като при бруст стила).
Съдии и правила
Състезанието се провежда по правилата на AIDA. Съдии са Ивайло Стоянов (България), Любомир Стефанов (България), Пламен Стойков (България).
Класиране и награди
Индивидуално класиране за мъже и жени за статична и динамична апнея. Коефициентът за калкулиране на резултатите за динамична апнея:
динамична апнея без плавници Х 1.25, а за динамичната апнея със стерео плавници - Х 1.15.
Комплексно класиране - сумират се резултатите от статичната и динамичната апнея.

The 15th AIDA Sofia Freediving Cup will be held on 28.03.2026 in Sofia under AIDA rules. Official sponsors of the event are: Acer Bulgaria Seanomad Freediving School, UmiDive.BG.

Which disciplines?
Participants can compete in TWO disciplines:
1. Static apnea (STA)
AND ONE of the following
2.1 Dynamic apnea with monofin (DYN)
2.2 Dynamic apnea with bi-fins (DYN bi-fins)
2.3. Dynamic apnea without fins (DNF)
Rules and judges
This is an official AIDA competition. Judges are Ivaylo Stoyanov (Bulgaria), Lyubomir Stefanov (Bulgaria), Plamen Stoykov (Bulgaria)
Ranking and prizes
Individual ranking for male and female competitors in static and dynamic apnea. General ranking – results for STA + DYN OR STA + DNF, for male and female competitors. Coefficient for DNF calculation in individual and general ranking will be 1.25; coeffcient for DYN bi-fins will be 1.15
Registration
Deadline for registration is 20.03.2026
EARLY REGISTRATION before 15.03.2026: Fee is 50 euro. Special price 15 euro for members of AIDA Bulgaria who participate for the very first time in an AIDA competition and register before 15.03.2026. Registration fee from 15.03.2026 to 20.03.2026 is 65 euro. The competition fee includes pool access and a t-shirt.
To register for the competition please use the interface on AIDA`s website before 20.03.2026. Valid medical certificate (less than one year old) is required upon registration at the pool. All athletes must have active status in any AIDA national + valid profile in AIDA database.
