MXML just turned 15 as we continue our journey to destination unknown. Together we are learning ways to bring our embodiment and mindful awareness on the dancefloor to present moment experiences, that are happening in the ‘here and now’. We also make space for each person to actively and consciously develop a stronger sense of individuality within our community presence.
We understand that emotion is energy-in-motion. It can bring forth a sense of raw aliveness in our interior worlds. Our emotions can infuse our inner life with a felt sense of meaning, disturbance, chaos, depth, pain and pleasure.
