We have been hosting our Speed Dating events in Richmond since 2012 and it is a very popular evening and the busiest event for singles in South West London.
Our Speed Dating event in Richmond is for the age group 30-50 (it's a guide so a few years either side is absolutely fine!) the wide age group means there is a great mix of personalities and types so there is bound to be someone you're interested in! Infact, one happy couple tied the knot after meeting at our event in Richmond in 2017.
The events take place in All Bar One, a cosy bar situated near to the train station making it very easy to travel to and find. We have the upstairs room exclusively and as this is one of our most popular nights, you can expect to meet at least 20 people over the course of the evening with each date lasting around 4 minutes.
Registration starts at 7:30pm and the action kicks off at 8pm. On arrival at the venue head upstairs and our host will greet you and explain the rules. Grab a drink at the bar and find your seat in good time before the fun begins. Don't worry if you've never done it before because most people are in the same boat and don't panic if you're flying solo because we are on hand to break the ice and introduce you to others.
After a brief introduction the event begins and the men will rotate every 4 minutes when the whistle sounds. 4 minutes is enough time to establish whether you'd like to see that person again or not. It's fun, it's frantic and it's good fun! We will provide everything you need (name tags, scorecards & pens) or you can complete your matches on our mobile website. After each round simply make notes on who you like. A 'yes' and a 'yes' is a mutual match but we also offer a 'friend' option as a great way to make new connections.
