-Foot, Hands and Movement technique for climbs 17-24 with occasional resting on rope
Poutū Ono — Intro due to boulder & lead

Covers:
-Intro to lead belaying & climbing
-Climbing goal setting
-Climbing 14-19 without resting on a top rope or lead rope

-Safe/unsafe down climb belaying
on a assisted braking device
-Pre planning a hand/foot sequence
-Climbing a route on lead first go
-Climbing efficiently with momentum

-Dynamic lead belaying
-Avoiding significant and critical hazards while lead climbing and belaying . Eg. change in angle roof to vertical or ledge to vertical.
-Stay safe near a drop
-Ascend up and descend down a fixed
What does it Cost? And where can I book?
$40 per 2 hour session
$80 for up to 3 x 2 hour sessions
$120 up to 5 x 2 hour sessions and includes one month adult membership worth $55
50% off for crux monthly or termly members and the Y Staff & Volunteers and Partnering Charities Staff
