Join us for an evening of embodied reflection, soulful movement, and collective grounding as we dance through the weekly Torah portion of Ekev—a word that reminds us: every step counts.

In Hebrew, ekev means “heel” the humble place where each step begins. It also means consequence, and because, a quiet echo of intention and impact. As we move together, we’ll explore what it means to be held by the ground beneath us, to notice what we carry, and to release what no longer serves.

This is a judgment-free space with no choreography. We dance barefoot, from the heels up, letting the body speak what words cannot.

Whether you’re feeling clear or confused, steady or uncertain, come exactly as you are. You don’t need to feel a certain way to belong. Just bring your breath, your presence, and your whole self.
