The mission of World Bellydance Day is to unite dancers around the world to celebrate the wonderful art of belly dance as a holiday on the second Saturday in May every year. This event not only helps a charity, but also serves as a reminder that belly dance is an art form. Please come out and enjoy an evening of beautiful and unique entertainment. All dancer tips will be donated to Muskegon's cat rescues. Faithful to Felines gives "hundreds of homeless cats and kittens a fighting chance." This year, we will be splitting the proceeds to donate 50% to Heaven Can Wait, "dedicated to rescuing, re-homing and providing spay and neuter options for cats and kittens". Your donations of pet food & supplies will be graciously accepted with our online options or at the door. Please 'Spay & Neuter' and consider adopting instead of shopping for your next pet >^..^
