There will be (TBD) cups in the raffle, with the beach ride logos. Drawn at the Sunday lunch stop. Sometimes other items will be in the raffle. Must be present to win.

Camping on the beach is free. There are RV parks nearby, you will have to contact them for any spots. Parking will be first come, first serve. This is a public beach, so can't rent it out or save a ton of space. So get there early.
All updates during the ride will be posted on the event page. Example: Ride out times, event times.
Everyone is welcome, share the event. I usually do this as one of my mini vacations. But do enjoy anyone that wants to come and ride or just hang on the beach.
This is nothing organized. But here are some general plans, they are flexible as well. Everyone is welcome to ride out on their own at anytime and for as long as you like.
I will have my wagon there. So when we do the night ride, we will have lights going to be seen. This is not a full moon weekend.
HORSES and WAGONS are welcomed. No vehicles or atvs and such allowed during the rides. This is equine only. Wagons must be pulled by equine. No vehicle pulled wagons. This is a trailride.
AWARDS:
To be eligible, you must be on the Sat AM & PM and Sun AM rides. If you want Top Cowgirl or Cowboy, you must be on all 3 rides. If you want wagon awards, you must drive your wagon all 3 rides. Bonus points to those that dress up the Saturday Day Theme, Saturday night Theme and Sunday Red/White/Blue.

Tentative: Karaoke. Bring your chair and coolers.
No port a cans in camp or during the ride. There are restrooms at the public picnic area. Saltwater Saloon has water to refill tanks with. Or we do have a local that allows us to fill tanks.
Everyone is on their own for what they need.
No Fee
All meals on your own.
No Studs or unruly horses.
No green broke horses. This is a vacation, not training time.
No ponying a horse for exposure.
Wagons are welcome.
No ATVs (4 wheelers), not allowed on the beach.
UTVs are not allowed to run after dark, even if you have lights.
I will allow UTVs on the ride, but get with me before doing so. But they are still not allowed on the night ride.
Camping on the beach. This is a beach ride, so there are no trees for shade on the beach.
No hook ups. Bring generators.
Do have your COGGINS on hand though.
Bring water for horses. There will be a water trough near camp.
Bring poop scooper and bucket to clean up your camping area. Must pick up trash, hay and manure.
Pick up any trash in your camp site.
Absolutely NO DRAMA!!! You will be asked to leave.
LTC/CHL Permit Holders: No firearms allowed during the rides. Keep them in your trailers. Failure to abide by this, you will be asked to leave the ride and camping area. Law enforcement people are exempt from this.
BEACH RULES:
No glass bottles allowed on the beach. You will get fined.
No ground fires. Must be in an enclosed fire pit.
No digging holes in the ground, they already have an erosion problem.
