We invite you to be part of our Rockin’ BBQ KCBS Competition this year on May 15th & 16th.The weekend will consist of Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) professional BBQ cooking competition.
We will start off Friday night with a Rib Burn. Saturday, the event will be in full swing with KCSB competition teams cooking and turning in meats for judging. Saturday's competition also includes a Dessert Ancillary Category to be judged.

Note: Sorry, but the BBQ cooked by the teams cannot be sold to the general public during the competition.
