Calling all gumbo cooks! We have 1 month until our 12th annual Gumbo Cook-off at George Country Sports Bar! Saturday, March 1st, from 12-4! Free to enter! 2 categories (Chicken/sausage and seafood) Ten dollars to sample all gumbos! Raffle prizes and gift basket giveaways! Proceeds are going to HATCH of the Montrose Center!
We are calling for all former champions, former contestants, and newbies! We have one more spot to fill on the winner’s plaque!
We have raised over $100,000 in the previous 11 cook-offs, with last year being our biggest ever! $18,000 raised! A FB invite will be going out this week as well!
