"The Whittaker Mile"Hey guys, it's that time of year again, BURPEES. Grab your family and friends and bring them to the Lake on November 29th. Every year we try to gather as many people as possible to burpee broad jump around Lake Montebello in honor of our friend Sean Whittaker. We will be running this in teams, and you may split the reps however you would like. Hope to see you all there!
