You Are Not Alone is a practical, faith-based guide designed to help kids and preteens navigate anxiety, negative thoughts, and everyday pressures.
Jennie Allen equips young readers with tools to recognize anxious or unhelpful thoughts and replace them with truth rooted in God’s Word. The book reminds kids that they are not alone in what they’re feeling and that, with God’s help, they can change how they think and respond to challenges.
Through relatable examples, Bible verses, guided questions, and simple action steps, kids learn how to:
- Identify and “pause” negative thought patterns
- Replace lies with truth
- Build healthy habits and positive self-talk
- Develop meaningful friendships and connections
- Rely on God’s peace in the middle of anxiety
The book gently addresses real-life struggles like worry, loneliness, comparison, and pressure, while encouraging kids to grow in confidence, faith, and emotional resilience. It reminds readers that their thoughts don’t have to control them and that God’s truth leads to a life of peace, joy, and purpose.
