Class starts at 0800 on 12 Sept 2022.

Please bring your own laptop as we have a limited number to loan during the training. A government or personal laptop with wireless capabilities may be used during training.

Topics:

Participants will receive a beginning-level demonstration of four modules in MEDCHART: eMMPS (LOD/MMSO1/MMSO2/INCAP), HRR, AVS and MRR.

Training Topics:

A. electronic Medical Management Processing System (eMMPS) [training time of 8 hours]: eMMPS provides an automated workflow to track and process medically related personnel actions.


1. Creating a Formal and Informal LOD

2. Completing Defense Health Agency (DHA/GL) worksheets.

3. Completing an INCAP (incapacitation pay) period request.

4. Reviewing, signing, and approving LODs

5. Tracking LODs and DHA/GL worksheets

6. Ad-Hoc Reporting


B. Automated Voucher System (AVS) [training time of 2 hours]: AVS facilitates the scheduling and tracking of medical and dental services through individual vouchers or mass events from the RHRP program.


1. Creating individual vouchers

3. Viewing statuses of individual vouchers and mass events

4. Searching


C. Health Readiness Record (HRR) [training time of 2 hours]: HRR is an electronic repository for medical, dental, and personnel actions documentation. HRR has the ability to capture, sort, retrieve, and store both document images and radiographs.

3. Uploading documents and batches

4. Indexing/Organizing batches

5. Approving documents

6. Creating a composite record and working with very large composites

7. Archiving a Solider record

8. Behavioral Health & Sensitive Documents, Breaking the Glass


D. MEDCHART Reporting (MRR) [training time of 1 hour]: MRR allows for the viewing of medical readiness data in report and graphic displays. This module is a configured report generator, which allows the user to view, track, and project their medical readiness.
