Month Eight - A Course on Physical Restting, Herbal Work, Plant Medicine, and Spiritual Use of Plants for Lightwork.

Month Nine - A Course on Mindset, the Importance of Thoughts, Controlling your Thoughtforms, Elevating your Mindset, and Being Mindful.

Month Ten - A Course on Meditation, Understanding the Power of a Clear Mind, Connecting to your Thoughts, and Learning Relaxation of Mind.

Month Eleven - A Course on Transcendence, Learning how to Full Let Go, Release what is No Longer Serving You in All Ways, and Elevate your Conciousness.

Month Twelve - A closeout to the Course, refreshing your knowledge, sharing ideas with classmates, exercises, practices, and creating an out-of-school plan.
