Welcome to the Ruck Training Sessions.These events are designed to train your endurance and strength to prepare you for upcoming Ottawa Ruck Club challenges.
This session will be a mock trial of event day. Come out to learn the route and practice the route.
For this session we will be completing the following:
Distance: 12 miles
Pace: 14:30 - 15 mins/mile
Weight in ruck: 40-45lbs
