Welcome to the Ruck Training Sessions. These events are designed to train your endurance and strength to prepare you for upcoming Ottawa Ruck Club challenges.
This session will be a ruck for beginners. Over the next few months we will build up the distance and pace to prepare for the 12-mile challenge in June.

Distance: 10 miles
Pace: 15:45 - 17 mins/mile
Weight in ruck: 35lbs
