Welcome to the Ruck Training Sessions.These events are designed to train your endurance and strength to prepare you for upcoming Ottawa Ruck Club challenges.
This session will be a ruck for beginners. Over the next few months we will build up the distance and pace to prepare for the 12-mile challenge in June.
LOCATION:
Mooney's Bay Park.
Lots of parking.
Meet in the parking lot
For this session we will be completing the following:
Distance: 4 miles
Pace: 17-18 minutes per mile
Weight in your ruck: 25-30 lbs.
