About the Conference
The Cambridge Arbitration Society (CUArb) invites you to join leading scholars, practitioners, and students for the 11th annual Cambridge Arbitration Day.
This year's overarching theme is ‘Arbitration Across Borders, Sectors, and Time.’ Join us as we discuss, debate, and dissect the recent developments shaping international arbitration and its future.
Tentative Programme
- Panel I: Before the First Briefs: What precedes the start of an arbitration?
- Panel II: Energy Arbitration in Times of Transition and Turmoil: Renewables, State Measures, and Geopolitical Risk
- Panel III: Cross-Border M&A Arbitration: Arbitrability, Statutory Regimes, and Post-Closing Valuation Battles
- Panel IV: A Glimpse into the Future: Arbitration and Technology – Reinventing legal practice
Following the panels, attendees are invited to a formal dinner at Gonville & Caius College.
