Join us this year for the 11th Annual Swim Across America-St. Louis Open Water Swim Event! Since 2016, SAA-St. Louis has raised over $2.3 million for our beneficiary, Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and WashU Medicine, and with your support we will go far beyond that number this year. Thank you for your generous support of cutting edge cancer research in St. Louis.Over the last decade this event has become one of the biggest events in the region for the swim community and beyond. Each year we are proud to host almost 600 participants and hundreds of volunteers, spectators and supporters, as well as Gold Medal Olympians and special guests at our charity event. Thanks to you, our event has been at full capacity the last four years.
Whether you're joining us for the 11th time or the first, whether you are a veteran swimmer, looking to do your first open water swim, or want to participate virtually, we welcome you to help us "Make Waves to Fight Cancer." Together we can continue to make a real difference!
