This will be at the Chisholm building at Tenroc
Sign-up 11:00 to 12:30
First Pitch is at 1:00 p.m
There will a silent auction
The Live Auction will be around 4:30
(Live Auction and Silent Auction will be inside in the air condition this year)
Tables will be set up inside and we will have a food truck snd snow cone truck.
Working on BYOB details.
We will have Security on site
This is a big change for us! But it’s time to give everyone a way to get out of the heat!
So Bring your friends, family and help us raise money and celebrate two great men that loved to help kids.
All Money raised goes to the Bell County Youth Fair Memorial Scholarship and Exhibitors Fund in Lowell and Kevin’s name!
