Are you ready to shift into a new season?
Well, it all begins with you, and Freedom at The Mat in conjunction with Salon 22 are here to facilitate your intention setting.
In a two-hour session, we will ground in breathwork, mindfulness, community conversation, beginning yoga movement and culminate in a one hour digital manifestation board.
So, join us to develop your plan in community with like-minded women who want more in their lives.
NOTE: Bring journal and laptop or ipads to do your digital manifestation/vision boards.
