What to Expect:
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. We will move through a powerful guided meditation utilizing the breath and imagery to settle our body and mind. You are then invited to surrender into deep stillness as you’re bathed in layers of healing sound. You will emerge refreshed, rejuvenated, and balanced.
The session begins gently, then builds into a rich tapestry of resonant frequencies.
