During this 75-minute group sound session, you’ll be held in a cocoon of restorative vibration. The pure tones of quartz crystal bowls, grounding gongs, rhythmic drumming, the soulful shruti box, and more will guide your body into deep relaxation. ✨ Why Sound? Sound vibrations can calm the nervous system, release stress, and quiet the mind. Many people experience lowered tension in the body, improved focus, emotional balance, and a sense of connection after a session. It’s a gift to your whole being—mind, body, and spirit. 💙 Why BackStoppers? This special evening also extends our gratitude outward. Half of each ticket sold will be donated to The BackStoppers, an organization that has been serving our region since 1959. They provide immediate and ongoing support to the families of fallen and injured first responders—including police officers, firefighters, EMS workers, and paramedics.
