11/23 - 4 hour BRG Instruct Workout. Advanced Baseball Skills ages 11-14

Join us for a 4 hour BRG Instruct Workout in Irvine focused on Baseball Skills Development for ages 11 to 14! This in-person event will be held at Los Olivos Community Park.

The 4 hour workout will cover speed/agility, proper arm mechanics/catching/long toss, individual defense skills, team defense skills, baserunning/stealing, BP tee/soft toss/bunting stations, and scouts discussion with players. Instructor:student ratio 6:1. Fundamental drills taught by former pro baseball players and coaches.

This workout is in affiliation with the Irvine Dolphins Baseball Club. All players from any team welcome, space permitting.
