11:11 Aligned: Yoga & Kava is a mindful morning experience designed to help you reset, reconnect, and move through your day feeling grounded and clear.
We’ll begin with an opening Kava round to settle the nervous system and create a sense of calm presence. From there, you’ll be guided through an all-levels Vinyasa Flow that builds heat, strength, and fluidity—while staying deeply connected to breath and intention.
This event is an invitation to align your body, mind, and energy through movement, ritual, and community.

• A welcoming space at Makana to connect and recharge

About the Instructor
This event is led by Jessica Navarro, a Miami/Broward-based Vinyasa yoga teacher and community builder known for creating intentional spaces where movement becomes a pathway back to presence. Her classes blend mindful strength, grounded energy, and heart-centered intention—welcoming students of all levels.
