Are you a newcomer to the world of dodgeball, feeling somewhat disoriented in your local league? Struggling to grasp the intricacies of the game, or perhaps finding yourself frequently eliminated too early?
Are you eager to glean insights and strategies from experienced players?
Our skills day has been crafted to assist novice dodgeball enthusiasts in becoming well-versed in the sport and mastering its fundamental aspects, which they can then apply to their respective local leagues.
This event will encompass engaging discussions, interactive Q & A sessions, live skill-building drills, comprehensive tutorials, and exciting open gym matches, all designed to ease your transition into the world of dodgeball.
Cost of admission is $5 to attend. Free for all Minnesota Dodgeball League Players.
Location: Southdale YMCA, 7355 York Ave S, Edina, MN
Parking: Feel free to park in either the front or back lot.
Check-in Process: Upon arrival, please stop by the front desk and inform them that you are there for dodgeball.
Getting Started: Once you've made your way to the gym, our Minnesota Dodgeball facilitators will be available to greet you. They will provide you with a wristband/assign you to a team.
First-time Participants: If this is your first time attending, we kindly request that you sign a general liability waiver and receive an introduction to the rules before joining the game on the court.
