The RUBC Recruitment 10.0 will be conducted in three stages, designed to evaluate your analytical ability, teamwork, and leadership potential:
1️⃣ Aptitude Test – Assessing your logical reasoning, communication, and situational analysis skills.
2️⃣ Focus Group Discussion (FGD) – Evaluating your teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving mindset.
3️⃣ Viva – A personal interview to understand your motivation, confidence, and vision for the future.
