This gathering is designed and created to provide two days of education, raising awareness, networking, strengthening services for tribal members on and off reservation. The days will be filled with presentations on various tribal health issues and topics. We invite our tribal health professionals, Tribal leaders, social service, criminal justice, as well as our Health Choice providers, Staff, Health Choice partners and stakeholders to join us.

Health Choice Tribal Summit is happy to be hosting the Tribal Summit at the Twin Arrows Casino Resort.
To make room reservations. Make reservations prior to the cut-off date of Friday, August 16, 2023; refer to BK#10278. All individual reservations must be made individually through the Reservation Department by calling (928) 856-7541. The Resort requires a deposit to guarantee all reservations. The deposit is to be equal to a one night’s stay plus tax. No-Shows or Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be billed for the first night plus tax.
