Mark your calendars now and plan to join us on Saturday, June 13 from Noon to 4 pm for our 10th annual free Huntsville Worldwide Knit in Public Day.
You can find us in the 1st floor connector room at Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment, 2211 Seminole Drive SW, Huntsville, AL 35805.
ACTIVITIES:
Bring your current project to work on.
Celebrate Your Work Show: Bring a work-in-progress or finished item (or several). We’ll read a brief description you provide and you can walk among the tables showing off your accomplishment and getting lots of well-deserved applause.
Fiber Arts Destash Table: Do you have any yarn, fiber, books, tools, implements, or anything else related to fiber arts that you no longer have a use for? Leave your items on the table and take home some new-found treasures for yourself.
Fiber Processing Demos: We’ll show you how we use pickers, combs, and carders to process alpaca and wool fiber.
