Celebrate National Yoga Day with a powerful and meaningful practice of 108 Sun Salutations.
This special class is designed to honor the tradition of yoga through movement, breath, intention, and community. Together, we’ll move through 108 rounds of Surya Namaskar, creating space to build strength, release what no longer serves us, and reconnect with our bodies and breath.
You do not need to complete all 108 Sun Salutations to participate. This practice is about showing up, honoring your own body, and moving with intention. Modifications and rest will be encouraged throughout, making this class accessible and supportive for all levels.
Come ready to sweat, breathe, reflect, and celebrate the practice of yoga in a powerful way.
Meet Your Instructor Liz
Liz Denny, E-RYT 500, RPYT Liz Denny is an experienced yoga, barre, and Pilates instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience and more than 20 years of personal yoga practice. As a 500-hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Liz brings deep knowledge, thoughtful guidance, and heartfelt intention to every class she leads. She specializes in powerful vinyasa flows, supportive prenatal yoga, barre, Pilates, and workshops designed to help students build strength, connect with their breath, and feel confident in their bodies. Her teaching blends alignment, mindfulness, and empowerment, creating a space where students feel supported, challenged, and truly seen.
