Join for a variety of sun salutations to honor the symbolic transition into a season of renewal, and restore yourself with som long held restorative postures after. This traditional class will lead the student through a variety of sun salutations until we reach 108 rounds. Open to all levels, but know that the pace is quick and steady. Taking breaks is encouraged when needed!
