East Fairmont will be the "away" team in the 104th edition of the Annual East-West Game. The East-West game, first played in 1921, is the oldest continuously-played high school football game in the State of West Virginia. The Polar Bears hold a 68-28-7 all-time record in the series and have won the last 16 games. The game will be held at historic East-West Stadium with kickoff scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
