- 200HRS Teacher Training Course Dates:
(Monday January 10 - Thursday February 10)

- From 6 p.m to 9 p.m
Course Description:
The course puts strong emphasis on the Classical Hatha Yoga series. Trainees are expected to maintain a daily Yoga practice during the training.
The course includes the following areas
of study 200Hrs:
¥ Asana (Daily)
¥ Yogic breathing practice (Daily)
¥ Anatomy and Physiology
¥ Injuries
¥ Philosophy of Yoga (20 hours)
¥ Teaching methodology (Daily)
¥ Active & Passive Meditation (Daily)
¥ Ethics and business of Yoga
¥ Class Timing design
¥ Customizing private classes
Yoga for:
kids - Seniors - adults (youth) -
prenatal.
At the end of the course:
- Trainees will be able to practice and teach Asana sequence and make hands on adjustments.
- Trainees should be able to teach Pranayama and able to lead meditation sessions.
Attendance:
The trainee should attend 90% of the all the classes during course. In the event of health situation or injuries, students can miss a few classes but should take special classes on Sunday.
Accreditation:
Once they complete the course, the trainees are eligible to register with Yoga alliance USA certifications. Successful completion of 200H TTC.
